Propeller polishing
Propeller polishing unit it’s a hydraulic gear pump 20lpm / 70-140 bar. It’s a rotation device. A diver providing multi-stage micro-polishing of all propellers blades including boss and cone, using increasingly finer grit diamond and silicate discs. With this method we can achieve surface conditions that were never seen before. This can only be done underwater. Large fuel savings with propeller surface treatment. The cost of such an operation is very attractive and is very easily gained back in a matter of days.
Regular maintenance is easy to schedule and results on propeller surfaces. Continuous and large fuel savings are now possible.
